“But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more” Romans 5:20
We all regret mistakes from the past and are thankful for the blood of Christ to forgive our sins and make us clean.
How can the mistakes from the past create goodness to those who love God and are seeking His will for their life?
The answer is where sin abounded in our life the love of God abounded much more. Jesus uses sin to draw a believer to Himself through His love, compassion and mercy. He forgives sin and wipes the slate clean.
Jesus uses sin to demonstrate He is the only source to break the power of sin in a believer’s life.
“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28
We can love God and walk in oneness with Him by submitting to the authority of the Holy Spirit and inviting Him to guide our footsteps and decision making.
We are imperfect people but can become perfect by seeking the will of God for our life above all else!
