“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16

This is probably the most popular and quoted verse in the Bible. 

We are discussing unconditional love which is not available to a human being through intellect, keeping laws, doing works or seeking religion.

Unconditional love is about death. A Christian must die to self and live for Jesus to experience unconditional love.

We receive unconditional love by walking in oneness with Jesus and believing in the promises of Jesus and not what we see with our eyes.

Jesus calls things that do not exist as if they did. This how he created the world and every living being. Jesus will work exactly in the same way in your life. He will create in the invisible to meet your needs and desires. Without faith we cannot please God!

The gift of salvation comes by the obedience of Jesus. We are born with an inner nature to live for self and defy God. We are not holy people; we are depraved and contaminated people whom God wants nothing to do with. 

God saw this glaring problem thousands of years ago and created a perfect solution.

Salvation is about the transformation of man into the character of Jesus. We become a new creature in Christ and seek His will for our life. 

Jesus explains this happens by entering through the wide or narrow gate.

Most Christians do not enter through the narrow gate. It is too costly, very difficult and filled with adversity. 

They compromise by accepting religion as an option to keep their cozy life. This decision deprives a Christian of the power and glory of Jesus and invites the judgment of God into their lives. 

The only viable spiritual solution is to make a decision “Not my will but Yours be done”.

This will bring the Living Christ into every moment of life!
