Human logic or the wisdom of Jesus!

“There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.” Proverbs 14:12

This is the cornerstone to walking in oneness with Jesus. We don’t masquerade our relationship through religion. We take Jesus seriously and vigilantly seek His wisdom.

We live in the End Times and face dire challenges. Satan is on a rampage to steal, kill and destroy Christians. Jesus sacrificed his life for all Christians and has defeated Satan through His blood and victory on the Cross.

The Bible is very clear about seeking Jesus to make wise decisions. Jesus is omniscient and knows every detail of a Christian’s future. He sees all the dangers ahead and your vulnerabilities.

If a believer makes decisions from human logic or worldly thinking the result will be misery and destruction. The believer is disregarding the greatness and power of Jesus and the result will be a “no win” debacle.

Jesus wants to protect believers and surround them with a powerful buttress of support. This can only happen when a Christ follower reaches out to Jesus to seek His perfect will for their life. This is accomplished by prayer, reading the Bible, and listening for the voice of Jesus. Don’t try to think for Jesus seek His thoughts.

Most importantly, a Christian must submit to the authority of the Holy Spirit and live in a constant dialogue with Him. Don’t take the Holy Spirit for granted. He is the life of Jesus and lives in a Christian. He is the most powerful force in the world and desires to guide your pathway and help you make good decisions.

Commit your works each day to the Holy Spirit and ask Him to fill you with His thoughts. The Christ follower will be amazed to hear His voice consistently and experience His order and simplicity in all the moments of life.

Trying to go it alone leads to disaster. Jesus is readily accessible and desires to have a personal and symbiotic relationship with a Christian.

The mindset of a Christian has to be “Not my will but Yours be done.”
