“Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him” Psalm 91:14

This is a powerful promise from God but it comes with a caveat. 

We have to love Jesus with all of our heart, mind soul and strength.

Loving Jesus does not come through emotions, intellect or doing works. 

Jesus detests religion because it attempts to control believers through laws, works and regulations.

Loving Jesus is developing a personal and symbiotic relationship with Him built on faith and obedience.

We nurture the relationship through prayer, reading the Bible and listening for the voice of Jesus.

A symbiotic relationship is between two parties (a Christ follower and Jesus) with mutually agreed upon responsibilities.

Jesus agrees to offer the gift of salvation to a human being and fill him with His powerful attributes. 

The believer is obligated to seek the perfect will of God for his life and walk in oneness with Jesus anchored to the Holy Spirit.

Jesus provided the perfect gift for walking in oneness with Him.

He has sealed every believer with the Holy Spirit. This is how a believer can walk with the Living Christ and experience His power, presence, and omniscient wisdom.

This does not happen unless a believer is proactive in living under the authority of the Holy Spirit. This requires inviting the Holy Spirit to guide your footsteps and decision making. 

This decision will bring the order and simplicity of Jesus into every moment of life.
