The Bible is alive and powerful with the words of Jesus. They are everlasting and never change.

The Bible is anointed with the Holy Spirit and is like a microscope examining every detail of your life.

The words pierce your hear and soul and discern your thoughts and motives.

The transforming power of the Cross is at work in the Bible. The gift of salvation is becoming a new creature in Christ with a new identity and set of values. The Bible keeps a believer on track with Jesus through the Holy Spirit.

Jesus sees everything about a believer. Nothing is hidden from Him. He is omniscient and sees every detail of your future.

The mere mortal is born with a desire to live for self and defy God. He can see glimpses of his abysmal inner nature and personality but God sees all. This is why transformation into the character of Jesus is painful, brings suffering and adversities. Jesus has to get your attention to change and be open to the conviction of the Holy Spirit. 

This scrutiny of Jesus never changes. No one becomes a perfect role model while living on the earth.

The Christ follower is meek and humble and works out his salvation with fear and trembling. He respects God and vigilantly seeks His perfect will.
