“Look, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are you in My hand, O house of Israel!” Jeremiah 18:6
Good Morning,
I had a powerful time with Jesus last night.
Jesus woke me up with “Spirit of the Living God fall afresh on me”. This is a song based on the words of Jeremiah about the potter and the clay.
I am in my daughter’s home caring for our two grandsons with my wife.
Jesus posted an angel in the living room all night to protect us from the attacks of Satan. The angel was very visible!
In the morning my younger grandson woke up and came out and sat next to me in the most endearing experience in my lifetime.
A Christian becomes like Jesus through the transformation of his inner nature. We are molded into a new creature in Christ by the powerful work of the Holy Spirit.
The mere mortal cannot change into Jesus through religion, keeping laws, doing works or meeting the obligations of a local church.
We are all doomed because of our inner nature at birth which wants to defy God and live for self.
This why we need the potter to cause a believer to die to self and live for Jesus. It is impossible to do this on your own.
Commit your works each day to Jesus and ask Him to fill you with His thoughts!
