Good Morning, the Holy Spirit spoke to me today about the righteousness of God and how a Christian can live an upright life.

The shocking fact is the human vessel is void of the qualities of God at birth. We are engineered to live for self and defy God.

A Christian cannot acquire the righteousness of Jesus through intellect, religion or doing works. 

We are contaminated and cannot get right with God through our inner nature at birth.

God saw this problem thousands of years ago and got so angry He wiped out all civilization except for eight people.

God realized a human being needed a new life filled with His character. God asked Jesus to give up His life so humanity could have a new makeover into the life of Jesus.

The decision for Jesus is a commitment to die to self and live for Jesus. We become a new creature in Christ sealed with the Holy Spirit who is the life of Jesus. This is not an emotional decision or to be taken half heartedly. 

We agree to be baptized into the death and resurrection of Jesus. The new life is based on this spiritual truth; “Not my will but Yours be done.”

We find the perfect will of Jesus by prayer, reading the Bible and listening for His voice. 

Most importantly, we must invite the Holy Spirit to have authority over our life and submit to His teaching and instructions.

The goal of a Christian is to walk by faith in oneness with Jesus and be obedient to His instructions regardless of the personal cost or lack of logic.

The blood of Jesus is your safety net for clean living and how to become transformed into the personality of Jesus!
